We have excluded most of the Sferisterio Festival operas because they are staged outdoors in what was previously a huge hand-ball stadium. But the Festival also produces operas such as subject title indoors at the Teatro Laura Rossi, which is seen in this screenshot:
The original version of this was C Major 717504, which had Don Giovanni dressed in red on the front cover. It appears this version has been discontinued. But fear not, there is a new version, C Major 749404 with the Don lying on a sofa. Both versions have the same artwork on the rear of the keepcase, which you see above as the 3rd image in the slideshow. All this confusion is baffling to everyone except, perhaps, a lawyer somewhere. Christine Chase, a female ! critic and fan of D’Arcangelo wrote a glowing review of this in 2014 for bassobuff.com — she liked the simple set with the action focusing on various couples making love on one bed in the middle of the stage. Simon Thompson, writing for musicweb-international.com, was horrified by the “sex-mad” production. Pick your news.
Next below is a YouTube clip of the entire C Major production. I have no idea how this relates to the current Blu-ray disc. But if it is not the same as the Blu-ray show, it should give you an excellent idea what the Blu-ray file will look like.
