Tomáš Netopil conducts the Orchester der Wiener Staatsoper and the Chor der Wiener Staatsoper (Chorus Master Martin Schebesta). This is a revival of Holten’s original Idomeneo at Vienna in 2014. Critics reported on this in 2014, but I find little Internet information about this 2019 live production with a new cast. But Richard Lawrence, writing in the April 2022 Gramophone (page 81), feels that Holton has misinterpreted the opera in his directing, and suggests you look at earlier recordings available in Blu-ray.
